We now have our Infrared Sauna up and running and are really pleased with it. We believe it is a fantastic addition to our offerings. Below are the required steps for you to be able to book Sauna sessions at Sturfit. This can all be done in person too, but the automated system works well from PC or mobile device. There will be a little bit of back and forth to initially get you set up, but once done things should be very simple (please bear with us though as it is new to us too).
Registering on the Sturfit ‘System’ (This is the same for Gym, Rentals and Spinning)
The easiest way to register is by sending an email to hello@sturfit.org we will then check whether you are already on our system and send you the correct link for you to create your profile. If you know you are definitely not on our system then you can go directly to Welcome to Self Service and ‘Create Profile’. You will still need to call or email to work through the next steps
Sign the Sauna Use Terms and Conditions Document
Once your profile has been created, we can send you the T&C’s document for you to e-sign. This will also answer most of your questions.
Buy a ‘package’
Now you are ready to buy a ‘package’ this is simply a number of sessions that you buy in advance. For now, we have packages of 1, 3 and 5 available (all at £5 per session). It is easier (for us) if you buy your packages in person at the centre, but we are now also able to send an invoice via email for you to pay immediately by credit/debit card. Just call or email when you need to make a purchase.
Book and manage your sessions
Using the Self Service portal that you registered with initially, you will now be able to use the sessions from your package to book onto Sauna sessions. Cancellations can be done from here too.
