I’m a fitness loving mum of 3 & I live in Henstridge with my partner, children, cat & dog!

I’ve had a growing interest in fitness for the past 20 years and finally decided it was the right time to take it to the next level.

I’m currently doing my Level 2 gym instructor course whist also working in the gym and continuing my day job of domestic cleaning.

My long term goal is to run classes aimed at the over 50’s, as I believe it’s important to keep strong as we age.

When I’m not working I love long dog walks & doing fun runs or OCRs, the muddier the better!

I have also done 3 McMillan Mighty Hike marathon coast walks to date & another booked in for 2023 in Wales this time.

The McMillan charity is very close to my heart.

As I’m new to Sturfit I’m looking forward to meeting lots of new people and encouraging you all on your fitness journey.
