ABOUT HATHA YOGA
What should you expect if you attend a hatha yoga class?
Hatha Yoga is a type of Yoga in which the main emphasis is on physical exercises, poses or asanas, also breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation. The consciousness of the body, mind, and spirit of unity.
Zane will patiently guide students through the Yoga movements and postures, ensuring that no one is taken beyond their comfort zone. She offers gentle advice and guidance as to how, with the appropriate breathing techniques and a progressive and positive approach, everything – and anything – can be achieved!
